Off-season the boat is replaced with Journey Behind the Falls at no extra charge.

Flat rate for a private group of up to four. The price is the same whether one guest or four.
Can the tour run later for the illumination?
Yes — let us know at booking and we can extend into the evening for the colour-lighting (additional fees apply).
Can I bring a child seat?
Yes — request at booking and we'll have one installed.
What if the boat cruise isn't running?
Outside cruise season we swap to Journey Behind the Falls at no extra charge.
Can I tip the guide?
Gratuities are already included — tipping is appreciated but never expected.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund for cancellations made ninety-six hours (four days) or more before pickup.
- No refund for cancellations under ninety-six hours, or for missed pickups.
- Free rescheduling to another date, subject to availability.
- If we cancel due to weather or other circumstances, you receive a full refund.
