If we cancel a tour (due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you receive a refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee.
A 5% payment-processing fee is deducted from all refunds. This covers the non-refundable fee our payment gateway charges on the original transaction, and applies to every cancellation or refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
