By booking a tour with Niagara Falls Canada Tours ("we", "us") or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't book.

These terms apply to all tours operated by us, regardless of where the booking originated (website, phone, or third-party platform).

All bookings are subject to availability. We confirm your reservation by email once we've checked availability and processed payment.

Most tours require full payment at booking. Some tours offer Book Now, Pay Later — full payment is then charged automatically seven days before the tour date.

Prices on the website are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Currency conversion fees from your card issuer are not included.

All prices shown on this website and at checkout are in US dollars (USD $) unless otherwise noted.

Per-person tour prices are quoted per guest. Group-rate tours are quoted as a flat price for the whole vehicle (e.g. up to 4, up to 10, up to 28 guests).

Optional add-ons (boat cruise, wine tasting, helicopter, Skylon Tower, lunch buffet, airport drop-off) are billed separately at the rates shown on the booking page at the time of booking.

Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at booking is the price you pay for that reservation.

Refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee below, for cancellations made ninety-six hours (four days) or more before pickup.

No refund for cancellations under ninety-six hours, or for missed pickups.

Free rescheduling to another date, subject to availability.

If we cancel a tour (due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you receive a refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee.

A 5% payment-processing fee is deducted from all refunds. This covers the non-refundable fee our payment gateway charges on the original transaction, and applies to every cancellation or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward the driver-guide, other guests, and the attractions we visit.

We reserve the right to remove from a tour any guest who poses a safety risk, is intoxicated, or behaves abusively. No refund is given in those cases.

Smoking, vaping, and open containers of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.

We carry commercial liability insurance for our vehicles and operations as required by Ontario law.

Our liability for any claim arising from a tour is limited to the amount paid for that tour.

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party operators (e.g. boat cruise, helicopter, attractions), border-crossing delays, weather, traffic, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. We recommend travel insurance.

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government action, public-health emergencies, or strikes.

In such cases we will reschedule or refund affected bookings on a fair basis.

All text, images, and design on this website are owned by Niagara Falls Canada Tours or used with permission. You may not copy or republish them without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to your tour.
