4. Bookings and Payments
Niagara Falls Canada Tours accepts online bookings and payments through secure
payment gateways. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your booking will be confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. All bookings are subject to confirmation, and your reservation is only valid once payment has been successfully processed.
a. If you need to modify a booking made online, please contact us directly by email or phone — changes are subject to availability and management approval.
b. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
c. Niagara Falls Canada Tours reserves the right to adjust prices on our website at any time before or after booking. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly. Multi-Currency Transactions: If you view or pay in another currency, conversion rates may apply as per your card issuer or payment provider.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
• “No-shows” or failure to arrive on time are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment. Niagara Falls Canada Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or operational needs. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy:
• Rescheduling to another available date is free of charge.
• Changing from a day to an evening tour (or vice versa) is possible by paying the difference in price. If switching to a cheaper tour, the difference will be refunded.
Vehicle Breakdowns or Unforeseen Circumstances:
Every effort will be made to continue the tour using an alternative vehicle. No refund will be issued if the tour continues successfully. If a tour is fully cancelled due to technical issues, a full refund will be issued.
Boat, Helicopter, or Air Tours:
• Some tours are weather-dependent. If a flight or cruise is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, a full refund will be provided.
• Otherwise, these tours are non-refundable once tickets are issued.
Food and Beverage:
If your tour includes lunch or dinner, Niagara Falls Canada Tours is not responsible for food quality or any allergic reactions. All restaurants or dining establishments are independent operators and are solely responsible for the food and services they provide.
