- • Full refund for cancellations made ninety-six hours (four days) or more before pickup.
- • No refund for cancellations under ninety-six hours, or for missed pickups.
- • Free rescheduling to another date, subject to availability.
- • If we cancel due to weather or other circumstances, you receive a full refund.
